Homemade Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Mustard and Garlic Aioli on Marbled Rye (can also be a Reuben if you ask).

-Just let us know if you want the Pioneer or a Reuben and if you want it hot or cold... the option is always yours.

-A cold cut sandwich for the hot day.

Blackened Chicken, Ham, Swiss, Garlic Aioli and some lovely Creole style Mustard with our Nomad twist and served on Hawaiian Rolls.

-This is one of my personal favorites and I will always remember my first bite. Don't worry, it isn't overly spicy.

Bacon & Chicken with Swiss Cheese on a Brioche Bun and topped with Lettuce, Tomato and Garlic Aioli for that extra kick.

Herb Focaccia with fresh mozzarella, roasted tomatoes and pesto. Goodness gracious, vegetarian or not, this is good!

-On a hot day I like it cold, on a cold day I like it hot.

Our Signature Pulled Pork covered in a Tangy BBQ Sauce, Topped with Crispy Onions and some Artisan Pickles... on a Brioche Bun.

-What else would you do with pork?

Avocado, Bacon, Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar), Lettuce & Tomato. Add a little mayo to the Rustico Bread and you've got a delicious sandwich.

-Simple yet delicious. We can also make Avocado Toast if you want.

Our take on the classic burger. The reason this one is set apart from anything you've had in the past is that we do our own grind to create a juicy burger. We then top it with the classics: Ketchup, Mayo, Tomato, Lettuce and Pickled Red Onions.

-Fact or Fiction because it's unbelievable how good this is.

Whipped Cream Cheese spread on a Toasted Bun with Jalapeno Jelly,. The Cheeseburger then has Crispy Onions & Garlic Aioli to give it what it is missing. 

-Think jalapeno popper on a burger with a little extra. 

Street Corn, Hatch Green Chiles, Garlic Aioli, Lettuce & Tomato on a Cheeseburger. 

-It also happens to be one of the town favorites.

We are talking next level fries here... truth be told they're more like little potato nuggets from heaven.

The easiest description would be Mexican Street Corn (Elote) with a twist or two and served off the cob so it is easier to eat.

Rustic Russets with Nomad Street Corn on top is amazing and then we add some bacon to put it over the top. Gotta have the special sauce on the side, just in case.

We have found that kids enjoy a brioche bun grilled cheese and they tend to be a little less messy as well.
